This is a script of iked\'s Fem Body Training Loop. The original file repeats this script about five times, with additional voices reading the same script. Here is the original description: \"A hour-long training loop with thousands of affirmations of a feminine figure. Affirmations subjects involve a shrinking waist, shrinking penis, expanding breasts, wide hips, a feminine face and hair, and much more. Pretty straight-forward. Binaurals included. This thing\'s meant to be a helping hand of sorts, helping to accelerate a change (or start them, speed and effectiveness depends on the person of course) into a feminine figure. I felt there were way too many \'slut-maker\' files, so this one\'s for those who just want a clean, positive file with no slutty undertones. Let me know if you guys enjoy. Made it just for fun anywho.\" show less

Hello folks! This is the partner track for my other main track, Becoming Shemale. This is designed to be seamless with the ending of the main track, in order to keep the file going if one wants to fall asleep to it or something. If not, and just used solo, the track is basically the meat and potatoes of the main file with a few more subliminals thrown in for good measure. Let me know if you like it or have any ideas to improve it! Binaurals/Background tunes thrown in for easier listening. show less

Hello folks! This is a file built to change your body into that of a shemale\'s. Some identity subliminals, but mostly focused around sensitivity around the chest and nether region. Breast/Genital growth subliminals as well. Uses the \'Good Girl\' trigger quite frequently - found it works well for myself. Binaurals/mellow tunes in the background. Made it to work seamlessly with the Loop Track file I\'ve uploaded as well - Personally, I use it to fall asleep, playing the track quietly, and then loop the Loop Track file on the end seamlessly. As there\'s no Awakener at the end of the file, you can easily just keep the file going as you sleep. I\'ve seen good results after 3-4 weeks, listening every night, having it loop subliminals until I either wake up in the morning or the earbuds fall out while I sleep. 😉

Please let me know if you like the file, and any changes/improvements you could see for it! show less

Hello my little sissy. This is Nina Temptress and I welcome you to the sixth part of the Past Life Sissy series: Elegance. As usually, you can listen to this recording even if you have not listened to any other of the series. I am very excited about this recording, because through a complex set of hypnotherapeutic techniques, you are going to witness how a beautiful, elegant, happy and fulfilled sissy version of yourself in a past life of yours has led her life beautifully. Then, through a process called Deep Trance Identification you are going to pick her behaviours, emotions and mannerisms so that you enjoy similar happy events, behaviours and emotions in your present life. Firstly, I remind you that you already have inside you all the information that you need in order to be an elegant, beutiful woman, since you have already been a sissy in one or more past lives of yours. I then guide you into a deeply feminizing trance in a sexy, romantic way, teaching you to surrender to my voice like a woman surrenders to her man. After that, your masculinity fades away in a symbolic way, which is the main language of your unconscious, while at the same time you are going deeper into trance, so that you experience more vividly your journey to the sissy mansion, where you are going to firstly observe and afterwards step into and experience fully some significant events of a past life of yours, absorbing all the useful, transforming information that will lead you to your happy, peaceful, elegant, sissy present life. The first event that you are going to witness is a party where your past life sissy self has all the necessary feminine traits, like walking with small, pretty steps, while swaying her hips sexily, standing and sitting with her back erect, smoothing out her dress before sitting down, smiling happily to every person that she talks to, being a confident, sissy woman and feeling happy, flirting with guys confidently and joyfully, moving softly. Because she behaves this way, people respond very positively to her, and men are checking her out. The second scene is at her home, having just woken up, feeling great in her feminine body, sitting down to pee, getting dressed and enjoying a walk outside where she enjoys the attention of men. In the third scene you find yourself enjoying a conversation with your girlfriends, laughing, having fun, hugging and letting out a sigh of happiness, gosipping and talking about guys. You are one of the girls and they accept you fully in their company. You build connections with girls and you feel very happy about it. In the last event that you are going to first witness, and then experience, you are flirting with a guy that you really like and you observe how you try to get his attention by flipping your hair, touching him, laughing at his jokes, etc. You feel a bit shy but you also enjoy it a lot. Then, you review that life again, letting your unconscious mind absorb and integrate all these great experiences in the greatest and most effective way possible, so that your present life becomes the life of a beautiful, happy, elegant, confident, sissy girl full of love and acceptance and flirting and deep fulfillment. You may even find that you have beautiful dreams where your unconscious mind gives you guidance on how to become an even more elegant sissy. After you leave the sissy mansion, you integrate in a symbolic way with your loving, feminine, sissy spirit, in your mind and body, so that your transformation is complete now. This is a very dense and complex recording, containing very advanced techniques like nested loops, interwoven story telling, unconscious symbolism, deep trance identification, past life regression, embedded commands, and others, as well as high quality, trance inducing background music, so that beginner as well as advanced sissies take the next step, or even more realistically, the next several steps towards the happy and fulfilled sissy life that you need. For the question if past lives really exist or not, you can read the description and the comments of the first file of the series. Your comments are very much appreciated. Thank you for listening. This file is a variation on the “White Light” file… instead of putting you into a mindless happy state it creates a very feminine and girly state of mind… The feminine light flowing through your body, relaxing it and all your normal and all your male thoughts are drown out in the bright feminine light… Like the white light this file can be used as an induction especially for files along those lines (there is no awakener), just for itself to make you feel very feminine and it’s also loopable (but if you just loop it on it’s own please use a sleep timer or a playlist so it stops at some point – just to be safe!) After you awaken, you can stay in this (wonderful feminine) mindset as long as you like. But you will revert to normal whenever you decide to or when you go to sleep, whichever comes first. This file is actually completely gender neutral and can be used by anyone who wants to get into a more feminine mindset… show less

Hello my little sissy. This is the fifth part of the Past Life Sissy series, to which you can listen even if you haven't listened to any of the previous ones. I am Nina Temptress and I welcome you to this new experience that I have prepared for you, of a past sissy life, where you will gain a deeper understanding of why your crave male cum so much, inside your mouth, and inside your little, sissy, ass pussy, and all over your face, and all over your body. And you are going to love it even more, and crave it even more, after having experienced what I have prepared for you today. Because you are going to realize that you have taken the decision, in a past sissy life of yours, to be a total cum slut, sissy whore, for men to fuck your mouth and your stretched open asshole. And you are going to find, that you feel exhilarated, every time, you get a man's cum inside you, or on some part of your body, because your unconscious mind, is going to transfer these behaviors, emotions and cravings of an expert cum swallower sissy slut, to your present life, so that you enjoy an even more fulfilled and happy sissy life in the present and in the future. To accomplish this, you are going to immerse yourself in a delicious lake and visit several events in a past sissy life of yours, where among other things, you swallowed your own sissy juices, sucked cocks, got cum in your mouth, on your face, on different parts of your body, you swallowed and felt a great sense of fulfillment and happiness. When you experience this recording, you will develop an urge to smell and taste and swallow your own sissy juices every time, and this will make you want to go out and find a real man to suck his cock and make it cum, so that you swallow his cum. You will feel a great sense of happiness and fulfillment for several hours after you have swallowed male cum, while your body is absorbing all the nutrients that feminize you even more. You will learn to crave male cum on every part of your body and inside your stretched sissy pussy, because this will make you really happy every time. Listen to this recording and get all the cum that you deserve, in your present life also. As every file of the series, this is a fairly complex recording containing many advanced hypnotherapeutic techniques, as well as high quality background music, for your deep enjoyment and transformation. Thank you for listening. Ninatemptress. show less

This file is prioritized for guys who want to be able to masturbate with their nipples. Also includes breast growth and references to lactation! Uses a modified bubble induction and subliminal deepeners. Binaural and ambient background noise included. No awakener, made it so I could fall asleep at the end when everything\'s completed. Hope you enjoy. 🙂 show less

Hey folks! Through the process of learning a few audio editing programs, I wanted to update some of the files here to something of a bit higher quality. This is similar to the previous file I posted, but includes a much better mix of subliminals, as well as a soothing background track with some ambient guitar noise and rain noise I recorded myself. It\'s a much mellower file than the prior one - meant for easy listening or falling asleep. Primary focus is on relaxing the person into accepting the subliminals, which in turn focus entirely on shrinking down your penis into a sensitive little clitty. Please let me know if you enjoy this file, and if you\'d like more files like this! Looking to go into full hypnosis files soon, instead of just the loops, even though these work for me well. Would like to know if this style of recording works for people! ^-^ show less

Hello my little sissy. This is the fourth part of the Past Life Sissy series, which you can listen to, even if you have not listened to the previous ones. In this experience, you are going to visit a past life of yours, where you will find yourself having some embarrassing behaviors, spontaneously and automatiocally, when you find yourself in the company of women. For example, you may find yourself automatically oggling at men that are passing by, and you may find yourself going into a deep feminizing trance every time you see a handsome man, or every time you hear the laughter or giggling of women, who enjoy making humiliating comments about your sissyness and your worthlessness as a man. Female lingerie is a very important part of your life, so it is only natural for you to stand for a long time and stare at bras and panties every time you happen to pass by a lingerie store window. And you will also find that you are asking your friends, details about how it feels to wear lipstick and stockings and other girly stuff. And only after you hear the laughter of the women around you do you realize, that you have been talking to your female friends about how good a cock must taste, and that, if you were a woman, you would get fucked all the time, because it is very exciting to spread your legs for a man, and surrender to his cock, and how a man shows his love to you by fucking you. And maybe you will find that your friends will make efforts to hook you up with handsome men so that you get fucked. This is an important step in your transformatiopn, sissy. You may feel embarrassed, you may feel shameful, you may blush when you find yourself in the company of women but this way your deeper, sissy self, expresses herself and your outer, so called, masculine self learns that it is worthless and it makes no sense to bahave in a masculine way. So, let your masculine self fade away into oblivion, sissy, while your feminine sissy self expresses herself fully and enjoys the humiliation with the help of your sissy past lives. Of course, high quality TTS along with binaural and isochronic background music are contained in this file. Thank you for listening. NinaTemptress. show less

This file will remove all desire to keep pretending to be a boy. You will dress like the sissy slut girl that you are. You will stroke your cock until it becomes a little clitty that you rub and flick. You will obey. You will be happy being a girl and you won't even remember being a boy. Continuing to pretend that you are a boy or a man will begin to cause you distress and only unleashing your inner sissy slut will make you feel alright again. This file is very effective and repeat listens will make it permanent. There are binaurals to increase perception as well as relaxation. This file was created after lots of research and is extremely effective and highly addictive. My free files have been downloaded over 2200 times in the past 6 months, and over 1000 times in just the past 3 weeks, so you can be sure this file is top quality.

This is the third part of the Past Life Sissy series, which you can listen to, even if you have not listened to the previous ones. It is true that you want to be fucked by men and you crave a cock deep in your mouth and ass, and maybe it is also true that your little dicklette is getting smaller and smaller. Maybe you like feeling like this only as a fantasy or only at specific times during the day or with specific people. Maybe you don't want certain people to find out that you are a little sissy cock slut who craves men's cocks in her mouth and ass. Maybe there are some men that shouldn't know or maybe you are afraid to express your sissy self with strangers, because that would be too embarrassing for you. If this sounds true, this file is for you. Don't get me wrong. It's not that you are going to get over your fear and embarrassment of showing men that you would love to suck their cock or smell their masculine scent, like a little whore. No. You are still going to be even more embarrassed in such situations, which, by the way, are going to happen more and more often to you. Because on this journey you are going to visit some very important events in a sissy past life of yours, where your unconscious mind will learn and absorb all the information it needs, so that you find yourself staring at men's crotches and looking at their lips while salivating and thinking of their cocks, automatically, when you interact with them. You may also find yourself admiring their biceps and pouting your lips in a pretty way, as if wanting to be kissed. And it is a wonderful feeling when you find yourself inside the strong arms of a masculine man! And they will notice. And who knows what men may think when they see you bending over in front of them. And by the time you realize that you behave like this, it will be too late. Because they will know by then. And it will be very embarrassing. And you will blush, which will make matters worse. Come out of the closet automatically, sissy, with the help of your previous lives. Thank you for listening. NinaTemptress. show less

This is the same as Past Life Sissy 2 - Useless Clitty and Balls, but without any sperm production halting, for those of you who may want to have kids in the future. This way, you, as well, can enjoy the benefits and embarrassment of total impotence, limpness and shrinking of your tiny, flaccid, dicklette. For more information, you can look at the original file. Your comments are very welcome. Thank you for listening. NinaTemptress. show less

Hello my little sissy. This is Ninatemptress and this is the second file in the past life sissy series, to which you can listen even if you haven't listened to the first one.In this experience you are about to dive deeper, into your sissyhood, through visiting a past sissy life of yours, because this file aims to make you totally impotent with women. As in the first file, a high quality TTS Voice has been used, along with many powerful transformational techniques and hypnotic language from the fields of traditional, past life and ericksonian hypnotherapy, NLP and Coaching, accompanied by a high quality background music that helps guide you into a deep trance, in order to transform your penis as effectively as possible, into a tiny, flaccid, limp, clitty that is totally useless and flops around aimlessly when a man fucks you. Also, after listening to this file you may notice that your balls stop producing sperm and start shrinking more and more, because they have been rendered useless. ATTENTION: If you are thinking of having children some time in the future, please don't listen to this file, because the sperm production inside your little balls may stop permanently.
Some of the themes that you are going to encounter in this file are: Limp, tiny, useless clitty, halting of sperm production, squirting sissy juice instead of male sperm, impotence, dicklette and ball shrinkage, embarrassment and blushing when looking at women or men, cannot get it up for a woman, giving up trying to have sex with women, realizing that your true nature is to have sex with men, spreading your legs for men to fuck you, men coming on various parts of your body and inside your ass and mouth, decision to be impotent in your present life, reviewing a past life as a sissy spirit, and others, all tied in a way that makes sense.
Your comments are very welcome and useful. Thank you for listening, Ninatemptress. show less

A training loop determined to make you lactate! Includes some swelling/sensitivity. Best if listened to around half an hour a day. Changes are slow, but they WILL happen if your mindset is accepting of the ideas. I\'ve seen changes myself. 😉

A bit of an acoustic experiment for me. Every single voice in this training loop is locked to a different frequency range, in order for your brain/subconscious to differentiate between the voices in the background. Let me know if this style of recording works for you! I appreciate any comments. show less

Hello my little sissy. My name is NinaTemptress, and I have prepared a great experience for you today. An experience of a lifetime. Because you are going to experience a past life of being a sissy today, with great benefits. Imagine the kind of knowledge that you are going to get out of this experience. Because you are going to realize that it was not by chance that you became a sissy. You are going to realize that it was meant to be. That, really, you are made to suck cock, and love men, and eat their come, and take their cock up your little, pink, ass pussy. You are made to make men come inside you and you have chosen so in a previous life. Yes, my little sissy. You heard me correctly. It is not your choice any more because you have made this choice before. Now, in this life, you are just living your destiny, to make men happy, with your mouth, and effeminate, little, ass. You took the decision, before being born in this life, that you are going to live a lifetime full of cock, ass pounding, and come, and feeling happy and proud about it. Have you wondered why you crave male cum so much? Have you wondered why you fall in love with men all the time, and not with women? Have you wondered why you are thinking of cock all the time? And when you see a sexy man, the pictures that pop in your mind, are pictures of you kneeling in front of him and covering his beautiful cock with your saliva until he covers your face and mouth with his sperm? Have you really thought of these questions before? All these questions are going to be answered to you today, sweetie. Because you are going to realize that you have been a sissy before and you know exactly how to be the best cock sucking, cum eating, sissy, because you have done this before.
In this journey you are being guided into a deep state of trance in a very sexy way, like every sissy should, as your mind learns to associate the depth of hypnosis with how deep the cock goes into your ass and mouth. Then you have another sexy experience with many naked men in a train, while women laugh at you, while being guided to your sissy past life. Because the description is very long, the rest of it is in the comments section. Thank you for listening. Ninatemptress. show less

As the title says - pretty straightforward. Multiple voices affirming growth and sensitivity in your chest. Binaurals, Rain track, and subliminals included. I\'ve been falling asleep to a mix of some of the other files I\'ve uploaded for a few weeks now, and I can say I\'ve definitely seen some swelling in my chest. Think A cup to a high B/low C cup after around a month. Results will vary, as I made this track specifically for how I know it work for me, but that doesn\'t mean it won\'t work far better for you! Let me know how this file works for ya! show less

This one\'s kind of a weird one, as it stands. Focuses on pain in your chest from your chest expanding rapidly. Reinforces your need for this pain, and how it correlates to your chest expanding. When listened as a loop, you can see some growth results after a time (few weeks, generally), but I\'ve had some crazy experiences with this looped a few times after an induction and a few deepeners. Depends how deep you go, I suppose - experiences always vary! Multiple voices, subliminals, binaurals, rain track - track\'s got it all. Let me know if you guys enjoy the file! show less
