The only problem with this is that it doesn't specify that you're allowed/able to pick anything up. The wording suggests that the muscles in the wrist don't work at all, but it should specify that whenever the listener isn't picking anything up, the muscles will be completely limp, instead of being permanently broken.

Not meaning to sound naggy here, but it's really hard to pick up stuff without the wrist muscles. I tried; it's a great stress on the arm and you'll most likely spill/drop stuff if you don't expect to not have your wrist muscles.
