This first file is what is going to make your new assistant. It guides you through a process first of constructing their physical body, then a quick build for their personality. It ends with a suggestion to cause you to dream about your new assistant or avatar. It contains a small suggestion that is meant to fix you to the file until you find significant success with it. The second file works off of the first, so its not recommended to listen to the second file before you get success with the first.

I don\'t care much for the induction. Is not as effective as some of the others on this site, like the ones EMC uses in his for an example. At least for me. Isotronic Tones just don\'t do it for me, having a preference for binaural beats instead. That being said. I love the concept. If it could be redone with a better computer voice or a real person. I could see it being very effective in this files goal.
