This file would help push the person to work out in a feminine style. Doing traditionally feminine exercises. The goal would be to attain a "girlish figure" All of the exercises would revolve around gaining a woman's shape. There would be no desire to build muscle other than to firm up flab. The act of working out would bring on arousal and a deep sense of gratification. Furthermore the person would want to diet in a very traditionally feminine way. All workouts would be done in leotard or suitable facsimile even if done in a gym. As the female shape is attained the person would feel a deep sense of happiness and joy at their new body. show less

When ever you say the words "It's cross-dressing time", you'll believe that any clothes that you are wearing or own are now longer a man's wardrobe. Shirts will now become blouses, boxers will be panties, long pants will be long skirts (below the knee), pajamas will become a nightie, shorts will become a mini skirt, etc. Swim trunks will feel like a bikini bottom, and you will feel and believe that you are wearing a bikini atop along with it. If you were only a shirt you will believe it to be a dress instead of a blouse. If the male clothes were casual, it will become casual women’s clothes. And if it was formal, your new clothes will appear to be also. Whenever you say the trigger you will feel your clothes immediately transformed and you will both see and feel them around your body. You will feel your breasts within a bra under your outer clothes, you will feel the wind between your legs, and the padding around your hips. When the file is triggered, there will be no doubt that you are wearing women’s clothes. This will last until you say “cross-dressing time is over.” show less

This is just another script of mine just a sampling of how I conduct my trances. So if anyone is interested please feel free to contact me. I do not charge just simply ask that you not waste my time. This script is designed to make you shave your legs and groin, give up male underwear and socks;replacing them with their female counterparts and last but not least give you the desire to paint your toenails. show less

From the Voting Page: For listeners who are physically male, this file is meant to change the listener into a goth girl in both mind and body. This file creates irreversible changes in personality, and the personality changes drive the physical changes, also irreversible. The file also aims to change the listener's sexual orientation to bisexual and drives the listener to seek out sex with anyone perceived as "goth." It cannot be removed except by hellion0, so if you want it removed, you have to contact her. (Don't use email to contact her, she doesn't answer them.) show less

This file is designed to be played while running the subviewer preset of the same name uploaded on the yahoo group at groups.yahoo.com/group/subviewer3. However, it would work well with appropriately sissifying porn looped as well. It takes you under and then uses the pictures on the screen to reinforce the messages which is feminization thru feminine lingerie and cocksucking. show less

This file will cause your body to release hormones that will cause real breast growth, every time you masturbate and will release five times more when you orgasm. It will work for both men and women. It may cause your body to take on more of a feminine appearance. It also has a unique confirmation to it. This is taken from the idea on the voting board that I had suggested. show less

This file makes the listener feel more and more like a sissy. So much so that to avoid fights, conflicts, and other intimidating situations the listener will involuntarily empty their bladder enough to make a wet patch on the front of their pants, showing the world what a sissy they are. Other effects include a desire to be sissified, an inability to have sex with women, and wetting when a woman teases/flirts with you. show less

This mp3 trains you to feel compelled to dress like a sexy slutty sissy, as well as imposing a desire to be used sexually by men. Perhaps most interesting is that the file also trains your subconscious to automatically learn how to act, move, and talk like a slutty woman by simply seeing them in your daily life, or on tv. Watch a porn movie with a slutty female and your mind will automatically incorporate her mannerisms into your personality. Etc.. show less
